Article #4: What God has prepared
1 Corinthians 2:9 "But it is written: 'Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.'" (NKJV)
God wants to bless you beyond your wildest imagination. He wants to bless you to the point of making you a wonder to the world. God has kept you all these years so that you can do something significant to benefit your generation. Look back on your life and you can definitely see the hand of God at work in your life. He loves you and is interested in your assignment more than you can ever comprehend. You were born to do something so great, so unique and so big that only God can guide you in this direction.
God said that "eye has not seen". This means what has not yet been done is what you are being called to do. Are you ready to undertake this assignment? Have you positioned yourself in His will to take on this challenge? Is your dream big enough to embrace this unique mission?
God is saying to you that what He is planning to do with you no ear has yet heard it and it has not yet been conceived in the heart of any man. That is the assignment!
There is a condition to the promise above. The promise is for those who love God. Do you love Him enough to seek His face and not just His hands? Are you willing to spend time with Him in the ups and downs of life? God is looking for those whose heart is completely turned over to Him so that He can work with and through them. Are you that person?
The love of God is unconditional but the blessings of God are conditional. Can God trust you with a unique assignment? Can He trust you that you will not bring His name into disrepute by your lifestyle, words, and emotional outburst? God is ready when you are ready to take on this assignment. I know for sure based on His Word that He has given you the capacity and the resources to succeed in this assignment. It all begins with loving Him with all your heart and forsaking everything else. Seek His Kingdom above all else.
